أولا : لآخر الأخبار للي بيعرفوه:
أختير المغني الكندي، ذو الأصول العربية كارل وولف ليتوج الافتتاح لحفل المغنية العالميةMary J. Blige يوم الخميس الماضي في دبي، والذي عرف مؤخراً بأغنيته Desensitize وأغنية Butterflies من ألبومه الأول الذي طرح في الاسواق العالمية والعربية Face Behind The Face.
خلال زيارته إلى دبي
مقابلة معه تحدث فيها بلغته العربية الخفيفة المكسّرة، مع بعض الجمل الانجليزية:

* كارل، لقد تفاجأت عندما أعلموني أنك تتحدث اللغة العربية وأنك من أصل عربي ولبناني، لأن إطلالتك في غلاف الألبوم لا توحي بتاتاً أنك ذو أصول عربية؟
- نعم أنا من أصل عربي، وعشت فترة من الزمان في دبي مع والدي، ثم إنتقلت الى كندا، لإكمال دراستي، وهناك بدأت إحتراف الموسيقى والغناء، وإطلالتي هذه نظراً لأنني أعيش الأجواء الغربية، ومنتج ألبومي الأول شركة عالمية، التي لم تنظر إلي بأنني عربي بقدر ما نظرت الى الموسيقى التي أقدمها.
* وماذا قدمت في ألبومك الأول من موسيقى؟
-قدمت "الآر أن بي" والبوب الممزوج بالايقاعات العربية، وهو "ستايل" أحبه وقدمته بروحي وأسلوبي، فكتبت ولحنت معظم أغنيات الألبوم، الاّ أنني قدمت جميع الأغنيات باللغة الانجليزية، لأظهر للغرب كيف أننا نصنع الموسيقى.
* يقال أن الأغاني العربيّة باتت تشبه الموسيقى الغربية في توزيعها، ما رأيك؟
- بالتأكيد، وهذا شيء جميل ورائع، فأنا لفت نظري أغنية رائعة "للبوب ستار" هيفاء التي أتمنى الغناء معها "ديو" لنشر الأغنية العربية للخارج.
* برأيك هل تصلح هيفاء لايصال الأغنية العربية للغرب؟
- هيفاء من أنجح المغنيات العربيات، وتملك مقومات الفنانة التي يتقبلها الغرب، الى جانب أننا لو غنينا باللغة الانجليزية، سنستطيع إيصالها لأماكن بعيدة.
* وهل تحدثت مع هيفاء في ذلك؟
مع المغنية العالمية ماري قبل الحفل في دبي
- شخصياً لا، إنما أجري الاتصال بها عن طريق شركة EMI العالمية، التي أجرت الأتصال بها، ولكن لا جديد حتى الآن.
* هل تستمع للأغنيات العربية ومطربيها؟
- نعم، ويعجبني نانسي عجرم وفضل شاكر.
* نانسي وفضل أسلوبان غنائيين مختلفين، كيف تجمع الأمر بينهما؟
- أعرف أنه غريب، لكنهم يمتعونني بأغنياتهم وأدائهم، وخاصة إحساس فضل الرائع والمميز.
* ما صدى ألبومك الأول في كندا؟
- لقد حصل في كندا على المركز الخامس، في المبيعات، وهنا دخل في أفضل عشرين ألبوم في الامارات، وهذا شيء رائع.
* والحفلات؟
- أقدم الكثير من الحفلات بين أميركا وكندا، وأشارك مغنين مشهورين في حفلاتهم مثل آشر، ومايا، التي أتواجد معها هنا في دبي.
يذكر أنّ كارل وولف، كتب وأنتج كل الأغاني في ألبوم Face Behind The Face وعزف بنفسه و بخبرة على جميع اللآلات الموسيقية، حيث أضفى روحه وصوته وكلمات الأغاني.


باختصار يمكن القول أنه:::.....

عاشق للموسيقى من خلال كلمات أغانيه وموسيقاه وليس مصارعاً، على حد قوله، فماضي عائلته التي عاشت الحرب وقساوتها، حيث أجبرت على الهجرة خارج وطنه الأول لبنان، وكان عمره 3 سنوات فقط، فهذا الماضي لا يزال داخله حيث أعرب عن هذا الاحساس في كلمات أغانيه وقال: "أحاول قدر المستطاع أن أكون مسالما في المعاني والرسالة، نحن المغنون نؤثر بالشعب كثيراً، فأنا أريد أن أعطي الصورة الصحيحة للعالم وخاصة الأولاد".
